** Swirl pics were caught on the bonnet AFTER a pass with 3M Fast Cut Plus on a rotary!

G3 was used on the wetsanded part and then 3M stuff was used over the rest of the car

Nope, it wasn't mate! I'm a sprayer so use G3 everyday and have perfected the art of not touching the black plastic with the buff lol

Forgot to say finish looks great!

a man after my own heart...to be honest.

though i did manage to wreck my buff. bogs inside went and grinded themselves to death.

How did you route the CAF down to the lower grill?? when I tired I couldnt see a way to get it there :S

Remove acoustic valve & cut a wee bit off the side of plastic splash-guard thingy behind the grill/foglight :)

Ahh thats what I thought...I only had a quick look as I had chopped the top of my finger off fitting my splitter :eek:

Job for Friday as well as my brake ducts then :)

nice! want to get a few scratches and stone chips sorted out on my monaco before i give it a going over like that :( . is there any way to get rid of swirls by hand or is it just with tht buffer machineage? (sry im noob @ detailing etc lols)
