Seems strong? Which is good, for you, lol
I was coming in at about £1200 or so? Then again, I only half arsed looked last nightThey always are strong trade in offers which is always the incentive to chop in against a new one.
With the vouchers they chuck at you as well, a 512gb S26 Ultra works out at 565 quid! Which spread over 2 years is really good!
Just had a look expecting the battery to be bigger but it's the sameI was coming in at about £1200 or so? Then again, I only half arsed looked last night
Ive got an S23 Ultra which, tbh, I dont really need to upgrade but I have noticed the battery performance starting to drop off.
Other than the usual AI shite I probably wont use, is there much else actually going for the upgrade between all the marketing nonsense?
I'm on the S21 Ultra and very tempted to finally upgrade. Still the phone has been fine for me so I don't really need to upgrade but I prefer the new design. Not a fan of the last few and prefer the curved corners like the new one.
It's 512gb for price of 256gb one and an extra £100 off if paying with PayPal so is £1179. Might just wait until later in the year for a better deal maybe.
Again I don't really NEED to upgrade either so the smart decision financially is probably just to not bother seen as I'm in the process of moving.
BLC is £1087 too I believe.
Can I have it please?I have a spare voucher if anyone needs one. I have an S24U so not going to upgrade quite yet.
You aware if you use code S26AI you’ll get an extra £100 for your trade in, then if you pay with PayPal a further £100 offGlad to see this being discussed, haha, my S23U 512GB battery life is horrific now, I do use it a LOT though so lasted OK.
I've seen the deal for S26U 512GB direct on Samsung website for £1279
Trading in my S23 I'd get £400 which is strong imo.
Makes it £879
It also includes bud 4 pro's which I imagine are over £200 new, I wouldn't even use these, just sell right away
You can also get contract options direct which are three, o2 etc, three £25 /mo unlimited everything and £699 upfront seems good value, once factored in £400 trade in, £100 code off, topcashback has it as 12.75% at the moment, not sure if it would work with all this discount though worth a try......
In theory my total could be £599 for 2 years of unlimited with three, assuming topcashback doesn't pay out... that's value

Nice, that's how it's done! Did you get the buds also?S26U 512GB ordered
Got it for £597!
Traded in a 13 pro 256gb
Used S26AI for extra £100 trade in
Used PayPal as payment for an extra £100
Then very kindly got a Loyalty Code for an extra £100 off
No couldn’t figure out how to get buds with it. This is my first ever Android phone so everything is new to me.Nice, that's how it's done! Did you get the buds also?
I really want to do a buy but just realised they won't let you keep number (already on three) and I'd rather stay on three... aaargh nothing is easy! Might have to switch to another network then back again.. ffs!

Perhaps it's because I'm adding the contract option via Three, not sure. Not to start the outright vs monthly debate again but going contract actually makes it even cheaper, as you don't need to worry about adding a rolling monthly sim at £10-15 month? And total for 2 yrs is similar to DrR's price above, bargain!I've not seen a deal that included buds. Just the offer that gave % off buds when purchased with the phone.

With next to no signal 98% of the timeLebara sim is only £1.83![]()
So, having looked through again, its disappointing. Im sure its a great phone, but the difference between what I have now and the S26 just dont seem to be brilliant.
Faster Processor, Better battery life (albeit size remains), better camera and........well. AI s**t?
The ONLY AI feature id ever want is call screening (I get a lot of work/spam calls). But, seeing as thats just software, there is hope that gets rolled out to the other Galaxy devices.
I cant see why id spend nearly £600 on a new device for very little benefit.

I bought a V3 a couple of weeks ago, and loving it so far. From watching reviews of the newer models I can't even see a reason to upgrade, it's plenty slim enough, works fine, and the battery easily lasts a full day no matter how much I use it. These are a bargain too compared to new prices, I paid £450 for mine, and it is as new, not a mark on it anywhere, he'd also just had the inner screen replaced by honor, which meant a new battery too as they're mounted to the screen.I see lots of new phones are coming out.
Honor v6 fold looks impressive, ip69
Samsung with its privacy glass
Mid year ill be in the market for a new phone, my fold 5 will be just over 2 years old
Can you do 3 bars for £1.60 pleasePathetic lad!
I got 2 bars out of 4 in house currently and when at work its full bars and 5G.
Thats fine for me?
Can you do 3 bars for £1.60 please
That's the main reason why I stagger my phone purchases - for longer periods now that what I used to. Back in the day, the tech was old within a month, but now they are getting to the point that you have to justify it hard to yourself to make the step-up worthwhile.I'm on the S21 Ultra and very tempted to finally upgrade. Still the phone has been fine for me so I don't really need to upgrade but I prefer the new design. Not a fan of the last few and prefer the curved corners like the new one.

My fold 5 is great, only issue is the factory screen guard on the folding screen needs replacing. Im just scared to do it at the moment.I bought a V3 a couple of weeks ago, and loving it so far. I saw a YouTube about the screens on Samsung, the glue they use, I'd be paying the experts to do it myself. My fold 5 is great, only issue is the factory screen guard on the folding screen needs replacing. Im just scared to do it at the moment.
Battery is naff on the fold5, but that's a samsung thing.
But phone works fine, still love the bigger screen and would only ever get a folding phone again.
The honor v6 does looks really really nice, its very tempting.

3 is superior to anything
Not sure in 4 years I've never had to contact them!Is the customer service from 3 still absolutely diabolical?
