It's been a while, lads! Here's our Sunflower Ph1 that my Dad and I have been restoring (planning to keep for my son when he can drive in 14 years time!). One of the two Sunflower Yellows in Australia

Thanks lads!
Only mods on it are Koni Yellows w/ Eibach Sportlines, rear Whiteline ARB and 16" OZ F1s (ET 37 from memory). Oh and a sneaky Quaife in there too (transplanted from my old car).
Aiming to keep her pretty stock and have all the original bits as she's so rare over here and the ph1 are developing a bit of a following. I'm going to be old dude in 30 years who's taking it out to car show like people are doing with 205 GTIs and Mk1 Golds now! haha

Now just need to get it together for a photoshoot with the old man's RS collection (R26, 275R, ph1 V6 and Spider) and frame some pics for the garage wall!

Got her out for a drive with the lads recently too. She went hard all day and kept some more expensive machines honest:

must just be the subtle addition of the large and pokier wheels that give it that extra bang! looks great

looking forward to sorting my new acquisition soon, love a phase 1.

only got a crappy driveway pic at the mo but that's the only place its been so far in the two weeks I've had it!

as above, some decent bits on it but too much overall and its defo the lights that sort of ruin it. solid attempt though :)

  Several

Like this a lot. The splitter and willies really do make it.

Not normally a fan of modded ph1's but absolutely love it!!!

Not a fan of that. It's a bit try-hard. All this carnards business on hatchbacks is not cool either.

It's confirmed, I have the Ph1 disease....when my daily drive Octavia vRS is back working I am going to keep my eye out for an Odessey Blue Ph1 to have as a daily car. There has to be something wrong with me
