So clean, oddysey looks mega in the sun, roughly how many 172s did Renault sell in NZ? I assume some were imported? And do they salt the roads over there?

I agree that that they look the best on the sun, on the shadows is just a blue. On my count I have 30 and only one import from Singapore , but could be more, and probably 21 or 22 still alive that most are silvers.
And no salt to no more than superficial rust. so they hold better than UK.

I agree with that, for my knowledge looking at cars since I came to NZ I have 29 ph1 sold in NZ and 1 Singapore import, Unfortunately only 22 or 23 alive and most of them are silver. Could be possible that more have been sold in NZ but not sure.
And I don't believe they put salt on the roads so is only so is only superficial rust.

Looks amazing, are you able to share the part numbers for the ABS sensors that you use? Just to add it on on my whishlist?

Finally getting MOT'D, alignment and air con regased.
Can't wait to see what a clio is like with an LSD.
Still needs wet sanding and detailing

It failed its MOT on a couple of things including the ABS sensors shitting them self. Booked in for a re test next week which i will drive to as its now been fully aligned. My god the roll centre kit is amazing.


WANTED - AC Compressor as when my AC was regased but the clutch gave up the ghost.

P.S. - Honey is my daughters name, not decided on a name for the clio.

Seems a shame to sell it after you've put so much work into it! Why are you planning on selling it?

Unfortunately i am spoilt with a 380hp 330d touring as my daily.

Plus the wife is screaming for another camper van and keeps playing the "you can't buy these memories with our daughter" card.

And i also need to finish my DC2, as much as i would love to have 2 of the best FWD cars in my garage.

I love the car, the roll centre kit, LSD, recaro pole and shifter make it such a capable car and the 197 cams give it the tq it needs.

I will not be giving the car away but if the right buyer offers me the right price and i have received 2 genuine offers to buy i will take it.

Money talks but i do plan to get it fully detailed, wet sanded, waxed and ceramic'd so the car will need nothing.
