This item was indicating as in stock at point of order, but unfortunately we only had 3 left and as we had a high volume of orders going through at the one time it seems they were out of stock by the time your order processed,
We apologise for the inconvenience of this we are expecting more coming into stock and once received we will aim to ship to you for a delivery the following day,
No mention of them refunding my next day Saturday delivery, c***s (or when it will be in stock next)
The initial order didn't go through to their system properly to start with, I had to chase them to find out why it didn't show up (was about 20 minutes after). They must have known at that point that there was no stock, but they said nothing! Never, ever again.
Even OCUK have never been this bad (and they fucked up in a similar manner once, but they told me straight away)
