looks good mate,

however this set up does get tiresome in a daily driver,

or after a two hour drive like i had to take today :( my arse is still dead lol

still worth it

Looks really good mate, will have to come for a passenger ride ;)

Interior looks in really good nick, I'd love your door cards, the alacantra on mine isn't perfect, and I'm a perfectionist!

Only thing I will say (and I'm no pro, so I have no idea) but is that the correct way to mount the harness points, I read A LOT of threads at one point about how is ok to mount them, and how is not safe, maybe be worth looking them up.

yea iv looked at these threads also, seems the only way to get them to sit properly is to have a cage with a harness bar.

my front door cards will be staying in for now but the rears wont, iv not really looked to see what sort of condition there in tbh mate.

i think really they have to be mounted higher than the holes in the seat (if you get me) so the belt comes down through the seat, rather than up from the floor. if that makes any sense?

  Looking for 182
Please excuse my ignorance as I'm a new, but why do people add these seats to daily drivers? They don't look particularly comfortable. Are these other benefits?

I love the standard seats in my 182, they are so comfy.

like i say most of my trips im only ever in the car no more than 45mins anyway

benefits would be that they are lighter and imo look better (if you want that race car look) - which i do.

bucket seats are not to everybody taste admittedly, but every time i see a striped out clio or any other car for that matter i really like the look and think they look good, so i decided to do it to mine lol ;)

but your right ther not as comfy as standard seats although they hold you in allot better

It's all down to personal preference, I love the look of bucket seats and harnesses and whilst I like the secure feeling of the harnesses over seatbelt the seats are like concrete on long journeys. Have recently had a courtesy car and have loved the comfy standard seats but still can't wait to be back in the buckets :)

Looks good so far, those seats will look great when they're in with harnesses.
