Things you love and hate

Car  172 Cup
I love:
Accelorator pedal, and your gf screaming at you when you press it hard.

'Business exec' in his bmw/passat/mondeo thinking his company car is the best - only to be royally savaged by a clio.

I hate:
Steering wheel makes your hands stink.

Sitting bored at work knowing you could be driving around.
 
I Love:
Only using the car a couple of times a week, makes each drive really enjoyable.

I Hate:
Only using the car a couple of times a week, I miss not using it for work everyday.
 
I love:
The noise, the acceleration, the steering, the fuel economy, the fun factor, etc..

I hate:
The crappy turning circle, the lack of 6th gear, the melting steering wheel, the fact that I can't quite get my bike in the back with the seats down.
 
I love:
Its normally always quite clean inside, Good to drive, The fact its quite a nice car for a first car.

I hate:
Its a 1.2, Not got much power.. especially with 4 people in..
Steering wheel is starting to buble where i keep my thumb.
Its french, And theres a fair few little problems !
 
Love: The pace, looks, rarity, sound and colour.

Hate: How much it's really worth. But not a lot else!
 
I love:
how its gleams in sunshine, wiping the smiles off idiots faces that think its a 1.2!

I hate:
Not being able to drive it all the time and not having enough money to do everything to it i want to!
 
I love:
4500rpm when engine finds its optimum pull (vvt or whatever) and goes fast like a cheetah.

I hate:
when you rev the bo****ks off it and hit the limiter for the first time and you think you've blown the thing up.
 
I Love: The pull of the car when you put your foot down.

I Hate: The fact I'd love to own a V6 but probably never will.
 
Love: Handling, spec level for the money, pace (although could do with a few more ponies), looks, Colour (monaco FTW)

Hate: Blowing exhaust No.2, Builld quality (lack of), Melted steering wheel, and the alcantara on the drivers seat is starting to bobble :dapprove:
 
LOVE : The pull you get when you floor it in 2nd , the way it pulls without a problem in 5th , the colour


HATE : The attention it gets sometimes:o , people asking where i got it resprayed:S
 
I Love:

opening the garage and seeing it cleaming ready to be driven properly, mpg, looks, noise and power

I Hate:

it being dirty, but its there to be driven!
 
I love:

The looks, the colour, the acceleration, the rareness, the noise and power.

I hate:

The HUGE steering wheel! And the embarrasing turning circle.

the fact that it could be a lot lot quicker.
Crappy (and quite frankly) embarrasing turning circle.
The fact that front splitter is so low, so it scrapes all the time.
The interiors not that great.

hate:

the fact its worth half of the price it was 2 years ago!
 
I love:

Keeping my mates 225 cup at bay until silly 5th gear speeds:eek:


I hate:

When my other mate rips past us both on his 636 Ninja :dapprove:
 
Love:

That it's so very much different to most cars on the road today.

Following one and seeing just how great they look.

Enjoying a spirited drive without her moaning in my left ear.


Hate:

People staring at me when I'm driving.

Bus loads of school kids shouting "Awesome car mate"

Sitting beside a Ferrari at the lights and everyone still looking at me in my wee super car.
 
Love:
How it looks.
How different it is to the other cars on the road.

Hate:
The fact its only a 1.2 still :(
 
Love:

The power, go-kart feel ( coillys ), noise ( powerflow + de-cat ) the look when you destory big £££ cars of the lights oh & 48+MPG :cool:


Hate:

The CLUTCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tried every thing to get it lighter/smoother, still no joy :dapprove: ... got used to it now but still no where near as good as other cars i've had the pleasure of playing with... oh & the rattley interior, but thats just a french thing in general lol
 
I Love - cruise control

I hate - plums who try and race me as i never respond to them, stopping at a red light and it goes yellow staight away, curbing my alloy, hoovering down the side of the seat rails, hoovering the footwell, wiping the inside of the drivers window.

Hate:
The inaccessibilty of working on what seems like everything.
The stupid petrol filler.
 
Love : the colour, the noise :) the name 'cup', pissing all over unexpected drivers who think there car is fast and watchin there face go :O! just the driving experence in general!

Hate: people ringing me just to tell me theyve seen another orange clio about :S! scrapes on my splitter :(

-You know they are upset when they get owned by a hatchback
-relaxing in the fact that there are very few cars that come close
-monaco blue

Hate
-How frugal i am about petrol when it's astonishing how economical it is
-How my friends drive normal cars and i have no-one to play with
-Standard ride height and looking like a hilux clio hybrid

Around my way mate they're a rare car. Admitedly there are three, possibly four others but it's a young area with lots of schools and colleges so as I said, boddy-kitted 1.2s are rife! Biggest 'competition' I've come across is a Focus ST...
