Thinking of getting a valver

Well im looking to get a cheep valver in jan or feb next year and use it as my daily drive and i have a few questions.

Im looking to spend 1-1.5k on 1. Will it be a dog/money pit?

I also wanna mod it to make it a real rally sl*gg for sod all cash...any ideas? Im thinking stripped inside, uprate disks and pads , lower it.

see if u can get hold of a 2.0 valver, save you modding the engine then as they are a fair bit quicker standard, then strip it and keep an eye out for cheap uprated parts on here!

youll love it! the cups are ace, but valvers, willys are just raw!

Wasnt really planning on uping the power tbh. Just making it handle better and making it even more raw!

Does anyone know if cup rims will fit a valver?

They should do, doesnt Jas have his old Mk1 172 rims on his Valver?

Cup rims go straight on ive been told. Theyre they right offset aswel.

If your making it raw though, surely its just gotta be decked on turbines!

then ur right gut it and slam it and u will be laffing whatever u do DO NOT PUT A OPEN INDUCTION KIT on it totall waste of money

Yeah was thinking if my arospeeds will fit but im not really after that look..
