What is the name of the partition below the scuttle and sits at the back of the engine bay?

its black piece of plastic bolted onto the frame below the scuttle?

nearly. Just in from of that is a black partition made of plastic that is bolted on to the bulkhead.
So This piece of plastic sits between the engine block and bulkhead.
