Throttle Sticking????? 182

Over the last couple of days I have noticed everytime I cane it, and when I go to change the throttle is stick on bouncing it off the limiter.
Now I don't know whether it's the mat catching it, don't think it is as I've had the mats in sometime and never had problem before. Everytime it happens is when I am overtaking so don't really want to be looking down into the footwell!
Has anybody else had problems like this???

I would try cleaning out the throttle body. We had a couple of cars with this problem through the workshop over the past few weeks.

Btw still enjoying the exhaust, except when I finish at midnight lol!
