I'm still waiting for a callback after the photos were sent to them 22 June. Have called them and they're 95% certain it'll be replaced, but are still waiting on Renault UK. All this waiting it not good for the nerves. Just want to get it sorted now.
It's not good. I held Renault in high esteem after getting some free GP tickets for Silverstone. And their organsation on that day had me ready to write to them to congratulate them on it. I'm holding off putting pen to paper until the customer sevices for my car match the PR at the track.
