timing belt clio mk1 172?

How often should this be changed on a mk1 172? The car has done 60,000. Should it have had a new belt at 36,000, then 72,000 next?

How much work is involved? (time), what kind of cost???

I'd chnage it at 60k as you've no warently to fall back on.
