i have got one of these alarms for my 172, i was just wondering could any1 advise the wire colours and the location of the wires for wiring it up? i.e. the central locking, fuel pump etc

Get it done professionally, save a lot of hassle.

You need to get it installed by an approved Toad installer for the insurance company to recognise the Thatcham Cat 1 rating .

You can fit them yourself, i've done a few and its not hard if your not bothered about the cat 1 rating. But the fact your asking these questions probably means its best to get it fitted, they're not hard but is it time consuming to do a good job and you will struggle with the first one you do.
