Exactly that lol

The way AK stayed nice and close to the fire/explosions made me laugh. Perhaps he was 'training' for the real thing?
 
I just realised I missed most of the action shots, Dan's car up in the air etc.

I also took a nice photo of Tom's car, but it highlighted the foglight, so he'd hate me.

I've never seen anyone as blasé about being blown up as AK was...

Ant: "Might not want to hang around there, it's going to blow"

AK: "Do nae worry big man, b'reet"

10 seconds are AK walks away from the fire..

Some international language issues during the day - Scottish/English/French, not as many as I expected.

You got pics of Rhys' motor when Ant was wobbling it on the jacks? Lol.

I was too busy trying to stop his head being squashed to have my camera in hand.

No worries on the chauffeuring.
 
That was perfectly safe. I don't do unsafe. Anyways due to the rust it was too light to do any damage.

We needed to find the suspension problem lol.

Dan - Did you have the new style Renault Sport mats in your Ph1?
Rob - Yes, they're superb, get some from wests.
Dan - Hi Wests, I'd like some 197 mats please

Fast forward to unit day:

Rob - Dan, why did you order 197 mats?
Dan - Because it was far to difficult to communicate with the seller what car the mats were for, they fit fine.
Rob - Your mats DO NOT FIT.

EDIT: Dan - Regarding my pony photos, I have others, a couple of OK ones of Lukes, and one I actually like of Tom's car, but Luke's car was a secret and Tom's photo showed his fog light, so I wasn't allowed to post it..

T'was a hoot :)

Will be totally happy when all the niggles are sorted with the RB, but yes, VAST improvement on looks and handling from the dogbus, and not a huge difference in mpg's :)

Sorry I had to shoot off early, Mother was turning up to see the new arrivals!


P.S apart from Tom did everyone survive the BBQ?
