Toner Duty Cycle

  dCi 65 + C2 (<Sold)
They're all calculated in A4, how do I work out how many prints a cartridge will do in A3?

For example:

Cartridge does 2000 prints of A4 @ 5% coverage.

How do I work out how many prints it'll do with A3 only?

Is this a colour printer? Don't forget that a lot of colour printers print grey using the black and then a further grey using a combo of cyan, magenta and yellow. That way you're getting rimmed for all four toners, regardless if you're just printing mono.

Aka - funckers. ;)

Aye I know. :rasp:

Got a bit of software called Pcounter you have to enter the prices manually i.e cost per print. Got a report from Support Services in spreadsheet form listing all the ink they've bought. It was f**king useless.

Black ink - £40.00

etc

Had to do all the research myself! :(

Try Print Manager Plus. We use it at a lot of the schools we support. Seems to do the job well.
