tools for fitting K&N please?

right, i know how to fit one cos i put one on my car.
but mate has bought K&N for his phase 2 172. he has NO tools at all and wants me to stick it on but i have no tools here in manc - only at parents miles away.
so - what exactly do i need him tobring for me to stick his K&N on?

i cant remember but its not much is it, couple of screwdrivers, 10mm and 13mm spanners and thats it?
