top alternator bolt

hey all, had my cambelt done about 3 months ago by a renault specialist.
They said the bolt holding the top of the alternator in was nowhere to be seen so they put another one in.
Just looked at the car today and the bolt they put in has gone aswel.
This is the bolt which slots through the top of the bracket on the alternator (if that makes sense)
its on a 2003 172, can this cause me any problems and is it a known issue?
Im not quite sure what to do to be honest, help is greatly appreciated

its number 4!!!

No 4 should be in place, not something I've ever noticed missing.
Get them to put a new nut and bolt in with a bit of threadlock, it wont come out then.
