support the bottom of the engine with a jack (use a piece of wood too!!!)
loosen and remove the top centre nut on the mount
remove the 4 x 16mm nut where the mount meets the chasis
take the wight of the engine with the jack
remove the rest of the 16mm nuts that secure the engine support plate
remove the old mount and the plate.
re fit the new mount in reverse order.
NB.
when you fit the new mount you must ensure the engine on the mount is pulled forward as far as it will go(it will only go so far before it fouls the tiny lugs) then tighten the 4 x 16 mm lugs
