Top Mount sitting at strange angle

Hey guys iw as just under the bonnet and i noticed that drivers side top suspension mount is sitting at angle, leaning back. I presume the damper has come out of place or something cause the passenger top mount is sitting flat and tidy.

Anyone know whats going on ?
