Tracking down info on a car ?

Friend of mine has just bought a car, ive used the magic search function and uncovered a lot info on the car but i was wondering if there was a decent way to get info frorm other sites, other places to check etc ?

Car is LV52 ***, 172 Cup, Owned by John D by the looks of it. cant find anything on Pistonheads although theres a PH sticker in the rear window, strangely theres a CS sticker in the rear windcreen and no PH sticker in the pics from this clotted cream run thing.

By the looks of things its had a remap and sportscat/stealth exhaust, pannel filter, brembo discs with the carbon spots and a few other things. I think its putting out 169bhp.

What do you want to find out !?

Was there no history with the car ?

Yeah its more the little things im interested in. Like the footwell leaking, and there being problems with the dashboard.

Not sure you'll get any info out of the previous owner regarding things like that...?

Door seals may be one to check ? Or have there been any wires passed through for an aftermarket stereo, and not sealed up right !?

Probably better off posting the problems in the technical section and hoping someone has an idea

No there are no problems, yet. just the ones i know what hes already had.
