Trained mechanics (not)

  soon to be a 200

Just found out the fully trained mechanics at a local dealers broke the lugs that hold the ash tray in but instead of telling me they left in place so a week later it falls out. phoned them up and they said if we had broken it we would have replaced it. Just like the engine cover bolt which seems to have broken its self. Is under the ash tray where they plug there diagnostic? thing in.
