trophy spoiler

Hi
Will a trophy or cup spoiler fit a 172 phase 1.Some help on this would be much appreciated as i can't find anything that gives me an answer.

Both will yes, but if you get a trophy one I think you'll need the boot struts too (they are shorter) as otherwise the spoiler will touch on the edge of the roof when you open the boot fully.
I'm not sure if you'd need shorter ones for a cup spoiler though.

Yeah it will fit. craig. on here fitted one to his sunflower 172 I have a cup one fitted to mine also. Personally i'd go for the cup one as you have less problems with strut length
