Tunning Mk1 172

Had it for a month now and its great fun, Ive had some serious cars Evo6, Imprezza, Bm M5 to name a few, like to make it go a bit quicker any idears?, also any opinions on fitting some 17in wheels regarding ride quality and handling ?

I just changed to 17s. rides and handles better than the 15s I used to have. donno if its the tyres. but road noise is lower now.

Acceleration suffers a bit due to larger diameter. but nothing major.

but the car look a hell lot better than skimpy 15s
