turbo conversation for a valver

speaking to a friend tonight who says a volvo 440 turbo engine would b quite easy to put in a valver, anybody done this or know how easy it is to do.

and wat modification would b needed to car car or engine to get it in.

The volvo 440 is basically an RSi engine with a turbo strapped on..

1.8 8V with out any proper tuning and mapping you would be better off keeping your 16v engine.

i have put a 480t engine in my rsi and as the block is the same it was a straight swap just the wiring that was the fun bit

wat sort of power do these 440/480 turbo engines kick out in standard form, a rsi is 110 bhp if im correct.

they put out 120bhp as standard so ive heard
