Turbo conversion by Engine Dynamics what recirculation valve/ BOV

So I’ve now had my Clio 172 turbocharged at Engine Dynamics and I want to fit a recirculation value/ BOV
I know that forge do one but I want something different as a mate has that one on he’s car.Engine Dynamics told me I don’t need a BOV and in my mind I’m looking to protect and give a long life for the Turbo
So what you got on your boosted Clio’s

Do you get compressor stall noises you don’t like?

At low boost levels it won’t damage the turbo.

Mine sounds brilliant with no bov. The ED turbos are cheap as chips anyway. You can replace the turbo for less than a decent bov will cost

Bov not needed, turbo will last fine without. Ive ran loads of turbo cars without any recirc no issues, no downsides.

You'll never put the kind of miles on it to worry about long-term turbo life anyway.
