Turbo/SC recirculation valve

do they work off vacume or boost to open?

Boost and the throttle body being closed.

In a supercharger aplication. can it work from inlet vacume, with the throttle closed. set up being: filter----SC----throttle-----inlet. Problem being high boost pressure between throttle and SC under lift off. Unless you can suggest another Valve, Set up cant be changed tho. Wanting to recirculate pressure on lift off.
