Hi all, sorry for being a bit if a ghost since my initial howdy do, been in and out of hospital the last 4 weeks, not good, worst time of my life and a long story, on the mend now though.Anyway, I'm needing a cambelt, aux belts and a full service on the 172 and wondered which one of these garages is best? They have quoted roughly the same prices, just wondered if one was more highly recommended than the other or whether they are both ok.Cheers

Ah nice to see someone else proper local!

Danny is about 1 hour 15 away but literally knows these cars inside out.

I stood and waited whilst he ripped mine to shreds in minutes, replaced everything necessary, found a load of faults, fixed them all on the spot, slung it all back together, we went and got some lunch and everyone was happy.

Two techs are good but not cheap.

I'd rather have a blast to Danny's and pay less if I'm honest. Two techs will deal with anything Renault (as will Danny), but I'd call Danny a specialist, where as two techs are just standard ex Renault techs.

I'd echo everything Rob has said, Two techs are great but not the cheapest. They did a fine job on mine but Danny knows RS's inside out (Hi from another local)
