Tyre Sizes - Help

[S22 JGS]

bought some trophy alloys, but the tyres were naff.... so am getting new ones fitted tmora.
am i right in thinkin that they are 7x16 allys, meaning i can fit 195/45 rather than 205/45?

I'd use 205's.
