Ubantu

Right i've got a oldish Toshiba laptop, fancy having a go with ubantu, or any other suggestions.

Am I gonna need drivers for my wireless card etc?

Will it be easy to install? Done windows loads of times.

Run it from the live CD first and see what works and what doesnt before you install it.

I do this how? Was gonna download it then burn onto a cd, is that the same thing?

yeah, download burn image to a cd, boot from the cd and it boots into the live OS where you can try it out, on the desktop is the icon for the installer, run that to finally install it onto your machine.
