Unable to bleed rear brake!

Hey guys. A few weeks ago i posted an issue to do with a new brake disc fitted becoming really rusty after fitting new rear discs and pads. Anyway half the brake disc on the rear passenger side is still rusy as though the brake pad is not connecting with the disc. Have tried to bleed the caliper in case this is the issue using one of those one man bleeding kits but nothing is coming out, no air, no fluid. Tested the kit on the other rear caliper as i thought i was being a t**t and not doing it right. Got fluid out the other caliper fine, but the rear passenger caliper, cannot get air or fluid out. I've refitted the new pads in case that is the issue but i don't know what else to try. Do it be an issue with the piston?

good chance the nipple is screwed. had this on AL's car.... buy a new nipple bit... then try..

I've also done it without the nipple screwed in, just held my thumb over the hole as the brake pedal is de-pressed, then let go as the brake pedal is pressed. Really haven't got a clue.

Have you took the nipple all the way out and tried it.

Yeah removed the whoe nipple screw and till no fluid coming out and no air.

does it sound like the caliper needs to be bleed or is it an issue with the piston being seized?

are the lines under the car in good nick, sounds like a blocked line

Take the brake pipe off before the caliper, if your getting fluid to that, calipers your problem.

So try getting fluid from the metal pipe shaped in an ¬ and has a nut at the end on the caliper near the nipple?

Yeah you'll have a fluid into caliper line, and bleed nipple. Take the fluid in line off and see if you get fluid there.

How about get a suringe.? connect that to the bleep pipe, operate the suringe to create a vacumn in the pipe, open the nippe and see if you can suck the fluid through.

May have to do this a few times to get it to work ok.
