Underbody corrosion

Have been under the car this morning tackling some corrosion on the underfloor. It has appeared in the same spot on both sides of the car in the small triangular section just in front of the springs. Scraped, jurist and waxoyled now so hopefully should be good for a time. Has anyone else experienced corrosion in this area?
