Updating Your Mobile Sony Erickson

hi all i need some software for Updating my Sony Erickson k800
i got the up dater off Sony site but it will not open .:dapprove: its Update Service Setup 2.7.4.8.2(2) i had an old one in before my computer crashed and that worked fine .

What error do you get if any?

Incompatible Macromedia Version required version available from www.macromedia.com application was terminate

This is what I am getting takes me onto Adobe, have downloaded the 2 things on there still makes no difference getting same message.

If the sony updater is using a flash application and yours is not installed properly that might be why the update fails, remove any version of flash/shockwave using http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Then re install flash player and shockwave player and see what happens.

Remember to uncheck the box for google toolbar(only if you don't want it).
