Just looking at some new discs and pads for my MKII172. probably more asthetically than in performance terms (but performance must be be sharper and not wreck pedal feel), as iam looking towards some new alloys that will probably reveal my discs more. I would like to know actual weights if poss..

Are these discs heavier than standard fronts?? + im probably going to go with these pads to fit either disc. I have heard that drilled can fracture after heavy use. so i may go with 40 groove as these still look amazing. (dont think ive very seen a car with thst may grooves!)
