URGENT Advice needed

My car is at s garage with a broken coil spring. Car is 172 Cup. The springs on the car measure about 360mm and the new parts measure more like 300mm

So which are wrong?

Do you have any idea on the length of cup springs?

If you can't specify 'cup' when ordering the non genuine spring then order genuine Renault.

Have got some Apex which I took off mine at the weekend and they are as near as dammit 300mm (they were very low though, have got Eibachs on now, much better) , so would assume you have bought some lowering springs. Whether you use them depends on whether you want it lowered I suppose.
