Urgent help needed with coilovers asap

How do you undo the bolts for the dampers in the back as it keeps spinning ? Please help. Thanks

undo the top first with the bottom bolt in, cant remeber if you need an allen key in the top of it like the front though... its been a while!!

Hold the damper shaft with a 6mm spanner.

Into the beam or in the boot? If it's the one in the boot hold the bit sticking up with an adjustable spanner or mole grips.
