Urgent help please

One of the backseatbelts won't go in and I have mot in an hour.

If i remove the seats and seat belt clips can I pass as there is nothing to test?

Yes you can remove the seats and seatbelts in order to pass.

Not that it matters now, just thought I would tell you.
