Urgent help required please.

Hi, I'm currently half way through changing my OS CV boot.

I can't see how I'm supposed to seperate the CV joint to remove the 'stub axle bit' to allow me to fit the new boot. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Also do I need specialist tools to put the new clips on or is there a technique to it with everyman tools?

Help appretiated.

Right Sorted the CV joint out by getting angry with a hammer.

Anyone know the torque setting for the hub nut?

on the front it is 250 nm.

All done now turns out my CV joint is worn and both track rod ends worn.

They can wait till next weekend.
