URGENT lowering rear help

got a mk2 clio

jacked it up at rear on the sills

undone 19mm bolt into axle and the springs should be easy to pull out (some say they just drop out)

But mine are pretty well stuck in there

any ideas how to get them out?

the bolt u undone goes through the bottom of the shock right ?

yeah - done it now finally!! thanks for quick reply though

still seems to be at the same height even though it should be 30mm lower!!

im gonna stick my spare back in and a bag or two of concrete that should do the trick
