Urgent TXT Help please!

Does anyone know how to reply to a txt from Lithuania?

A workmate of 2 years just went back home to Lithuania this week, she sent some of us a txt but nobody can get a reply out

I'm on Vodafone contract and we kno the country code
My phone send the message but 20mins later I keep getting "Message not delivered" :S

Any advice is more than welcome

you sure you have the right coutry code, are you by mistake sending it to her landline?

no direct reply to her txt, the country code is on the number too

tigger, i think you have to phone up your supplier, orange / o2 etc and lift the international bar on your phone.

try +370then ommit the first 0 from her number so +370770112233 or whatever her number is!
