v6 crash Blackburn this morning- anyone off here?

on my way to Preston this morning, nr Beardwood/Lammack/end of the dual carriageway lol, saw some police flashing lights, a v6 and a longish recovery type truck think, i presume that the v6 had tried to over take the recovery truck and had gone into it? as the left side of the v6 was all smashed in.
was a lovely car! didnt see the reg and wasnt able to see a clio sport sticker but it was artic blue (but looked like racing blue from a distance!) with the silver air vent? things, just wondered if it was someone off here?

i dunno what the colour is called, but it looked kinda racing blue/arctic blue anyway! was gorgeous.
aye..was a shame the 1st v6 ive ever seen in the flesh too! well..of the newer shaped ones.

nope, as daft as it sounds, the truck was a really old thing, i dont think it actually was a recovery truck in use, just looked like that type of lorry thing if u know what i mean lol.
there were no other cars or anything either, so im guessing that thats what the v6 went in to. the road in that part where it happened allows a tiny bit for over taking and the v6 perhaps didnt make it in time and the traffic on the other side meant he either went into the truck or oncoming traffic?

No other cars involved. Just hit some ice or disel on road, found myself looking through side window down the road. Opposite lock on and clipped light post. What a S**T day.
