I think the real problem here though is that you tried to sell the car for the same amount as a straight one knowing quite well it was a cat d, all in the name of making a profit...

To not state it was a Cat D verges on the criminal in my opinion, regardless of anything else. It is not something like condition of the mats which doesn't really matter, the fact is a car that has been in an accident to cause the damage probably isn't the same car as it was before and would affect the resale after regardless of how good the repair is.
I like good business, but I would regard this at best as dishonest, at worst criminal. Putting money before people is not cool in my opinion and I shouldn't think many people who take business seriously would trust you either Subway. Not cool dude :nono:]
Edit: Did the ad mention it was Cat D? If so then I appologise.
