V6 oil

I know theres only a handful of us on this forum who own a V6,i just wanted to know what sort of oil you use in yours?

Ive got to top mine up a little so i want to use the best possible........rang the dealers and they were useless.

The car is only used for about 2 hours a week when i get time so it sits in the garage all week so i dont want to put any old oil into it.

use a fully synthetic 0W-40 or 5W-40

my personal preference would be for Silkolene Pro S however this isnt available in many places

you could use Mobil 1 which is a good oil, or Total Quartz 9000 5W-40 from a Total petrol station, or Shell 5W-40 from pretty much every Shell petrol station there is...
