Looking to change the pads on the rear, (done the fronts) Any special tools needed for this job to retract the piston to get the new thicker pads on? Or is it just a case of loosening the handbrake cable. Any tips on retracting the piston would be appreciated
Are they different to normal calipers ? You normally just wind the piston back into the caliper clockwise with a piece of flat bar , or something similar that will fit in the groove . Make sure you leave the handbrake off so leave it in gear and put some bricks under the tyres to stop it from rolling .
