valve clearance

does anyone know if the pistons hit the valves if the cam belt breaks? think mine has bent some valves but cant be possitive until i strip it!?

more than likely mate, unless youve been very very lucky. did you try and drive it after the belt snapped?

unfortunately yeah...stupidly tried bumping it and all sorts, didnt know what the problem was!
