when driving normally my car runs just below a quarter on the temp gauge

in traffic the fan kicks in at 3/4 up the guage but the temp will just stay there it wont cool down until i start driving again

ive fitted a switch to override the fan and putting the fan on at no matter what temp the engine wont cool down the temp just stays where it is

the heater matrix is blocked but i wouldnt hav thought it would make that much differance any ideas if summat else could be wrong apart from the heater matrix cos im prob gonna do the heater tomorrow

your thermo might not be opening the entire way, or your rad is a tad bocked...

yeh gonna get a low temp stat from bb asap anyway

was thinkin rad but it seems to run quite cool when driving its just the fan doesnt seem up to the job, its working fine tho and its going the right way

gonna do matrix and stat and see if it helps, theres no airlocks an water pump seems to be working ok
