Valver leaking fuel!

Right before FCS, THIS happens. Great.

Just noticed that fuel is pissing out of a join near the fuel rail. I cant get the clip off to have a look if thers a split in the bottom of the pipe or anything, so i smeared some sealent on in blind panic which was obviously not the way forward.

What do i do??

If the clip is loose and that's why it is leaking you could try to crimp the clip to see if that stops the leak, but looking at the part of the clip where you would crimp the ends appear to be touching which would suggest it will not tighten up any more.

If the pipe underneath the clip is split then you are going to have to cut off the existing clip, cut out the split part of the pipe(and hope it still reaches), re-attach and replace with a jubilee clip like the other one in the pic.

If the pipe is not split and it is just the clip will not tighten up anymore you will still need to cut off crimp clip and replace with a jubilee clip.

Also have a look at some of the pipes around those clips as they look like they are rubbing against other pipes and could cause you more problems.

Thanks for your help mark, managed to get the clip off and examined the pipe which seemed fine. Got the T-piece off and that was also fine, so a quick trip to a motor factors and a 50p jubilee clip later, the problem has been solved!
