video settings

i have a n95 an just tried watching my vids on the tele and they look awsome. like a dvd, butt the vids i have d/loaded look s**t,

i convert them using supre and just use the default settings.

Whats the best settings to use so they come out the same on the tele???

thinking of putting some films on there for when i go away and just using the lead to watch on the tele in the hotel.
