Views?? DV Camera for 182

  Golf GTI 1.8T
there not as good as they sound. it quotes 5mp but wont be nothing near the quality you get from a 5mp olympus, canon, sony etc etc.

also I wouldnt use a digi cam for video anyway, they for some reason save as massive size files for what they are. best to get a real video cam and hook it up on your pc:)

im not after blockbuster movie quality!! LOL

just want something that is watchable, i want something small and light and easy to use. Not a big old cam corder.

im not bothered on the size of the file cos i will just cut the bits out the video i want.

well I cant fault my set up of a mini dv camera and suction mount but yes it is a little more expensive. I havent tried one of those dv digi cams on a car, so cant really comment on their ability.

thats all great but i want a camera for everyday use. I just wana be able to film like every journey i do, then take the interesting bits out.

So thats why i want a mini dv cam, buy a 2g card for it.

dont want crystal quality from it, just watchable films.

iv had a few DV cams over the years, iv always liked the sony ones. you can pick them up for a couple of hundred and they are the proper kit with good quality recording, nightsight, and shake feature etc.
