hi y'all
Straight to the point : What would virgin/NTL's retention department do if i wanted to leave? how much of a discount is the most that would give in order to keep me?
Background info : moved in with mates and we have the (quite frankly awful) 20meg sky bb... to be fair it isnt all THEIR fault as we are in an offnet area and the max we can possibly get is 4.6meg... between 3 it just isnt enough.. we are actually getting a max of 260kps D/load when only 1 pc is connected.. so its not even 4.6meg... I still havent cancelled my NTL account yet due to laziness and still use it as ive not fully moved out yet... I am on 4meg(£25) connection.. if i called to cancel would they try to keep and then discount me? also would they let me upgrade AND discount that?(the 20meg line).
Ta all
