Vista Admin Password Reset

Do any of you clever bar stewards know how I can reset a Vista admin password? A friends kid has reset hers and can't remember what to.

Being Mac not a PC I havn't got a clue even after a google search.

Any help appreciated

So I have a work laptop that is locked to most stuff. I can't install Shockwave or anything unless I'm an admin is there a way round this?

Use a boot disk to reset the admin password. Your IT dept wont like you very much for doing it though.
